We at Spoiled enjoy pampering our clients. One of our favorite ways is serving complimentary gourmet beverages. These are not your average drinks. A definite must have!
Comforting atmosphere
We have created a relaxing atmosphere for our clients. Please be considerate when bringing children. They must be well behaved and attended to at all time by an adult NOT receiving a service. Strollers are not allowed in the salon.
Appointments
We recommend that you schedule upcoming appointments while at the salon. Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may deprive you of your full appointment time or may result in the need to reschedule your service.
Cancellations
Please notify us of a cancellation at least 24 hours in advance. We must charge the full amount for an un-kept chemical service appointment. Excessive last minute cancellations and/or “no show” will result in the pre-payment of service for future appointments.
Acceptable forms of payment
We accept Visa, Master Card, personal checks accompanied by a valid license. Returned checks will result in a $35.00 fee.
Gift certificates
Are available at the reception desk. Gift certificates must be present at check out in order to be used for payment. We are not able to honor lost or stolen gift certificates.
Parking
On street parking is available. There is additional parking in our private lot behind the building on Golden Street. Please Do Not Park directly behind the double wooden doors behind the building.
